Thank you to the Society for inviting me to judge and for the friendly committee and excellent lunch and endless tea/coffee. Also many thanks to the exhibitors of this lovely breed that entered under me.

Irish Setters

Puppy (1,0) 1^stBarnes’ Gwendariff Lets Look at Me 10mth old bitch. Stood on its own but very pleasing head with dark eye and stop. Good reach of neck set into good shoulders and slopping top line together with good tail set, body and colour. Well muscled, moved very steady around the ring showing balance. BP & Puppy Gp 3 Well done

Junior (2,0) 1^st Fox’s Kerryfair Special Diamond Pleasing head with dark eye and good stop. Good front, neck and feet leading into correct top line & tail set. Good strong rear quarters. Moved with drive around the ring. RBOB

                      2^nd Kennedy-Sloane’s Twoacres Destiny Another very nice bitch. Good front, neck and feet leading into correct top line & tail set. Moved ok.

Open (2,0) 1^st Elkin’s Twoacres Promise of Spring with Avacet Lovely headed bitch with good front and shoulders. Well bodied with good dark coat. Correct sloping top line with good bend of stifle well muscled, moved with presence around the ring. BOB

                     2^nd Fox’s Millcroft Bubbling Moon A bitch with well defined head with good neck & shoulders. Good body & top line. Moved well.
